More often than not, a feeling of closure reverberates from the minutiae, enhancing our sensitivity to the soft murmurs capable of delivering decisive nudges of finality.
The power of expressive silence lies in its ability to convey meaning without the need for words. It’s in the subtleties, the nuances, and the details where the most potent dose of magic deeply resides.
Patience, too, plays a vital role in this symphony of communication. It’s the perseverance to wait for the right moment, to listen attentively, and to observe deeply. It allows for the whispers of understanding to emerge, gently guiding toward a moment of clarity or revelation. It’s through diverse forms of art that the true nature of a message can be felt, comprehended, and appreciated.
I’ve come to believe that there’s preciousness in paying attention to those places inside our hearts that call for awareness. In my case, I tend to trust that if I refine my inner processes enough, they will move closer to perfection, which can be very challenging sometimes.
I make an effort to breathe, pray, and occasionally even dream of ‘listening to that voice.’ These insights don’t just occur in art; I’ve witnessed some intriguing revelations upon waking from vivid dreams. Although it’s rare, when it happens, it feels truly spellbinding. You are familiar with that sense of calm and peace that emanates from within, from some hidden aspect of yourself? Experiencing that presence is incredibly clarifying.
I believe achieving mastery over the control of that ‘flow’ is one of the most sacred mysteries of the practice. It all boils down to my receptiveness to the sign of inspiration — at times, it screams, yet I’m unready to heed its call. Other times, it whispers, but my instincts are finely tuned, enabling me to decipher its message clearly, or as the gifted
puts it — “seek to penetrate knowledge, senses, and perception with a depth.”Expressing heavy thoughts elicits a feeling of magnitude. Dissecting your message into smaller components while focusing on the essential core can be a defiant endeavor, one that demands a treasure trove of boldness, a myriad of flawless intricacies.
Creating any form of art can be seen as shaping a character, perhaps even a heroine. It’s innate to womanhood to learn countless lessons about the significance of possessing a multi-layered soul. Along this exploration, we carefully select the battles we engage in, resonating with each step towards recognition and glory. We embody the belief in perseverance despite obstacles and continuously reevaluate the density of our representation.
It’s undeniably a journey of considerable length.
Thank you for sharing this expression of love toward my last essay, . I will hold it close to my heart as a reminder to believe in myself. Words are so powerful when shared; the same goes for kind acts. Your writing is amazing as well.
As we celebrate women’s victories, I am reminded of my own fights. Through meaningful relationships and by emulating courageous role models, I have enriched my intellectual capital, empowering myself to make simple yet valuable contributions to my profession and community.
There’s a comprehensible love entwined in harmonizing together, crafting a singular core of ineffable worth, paired with the abstract reconciliation stemming from a path that has shown no sign of slowing: rational devotion, absolute charm, and corroborative revolution.
I learned that everything makes more sense when you know an intentional decision is being made by you — the essence of you. Not driven by self-preservation or protection — this dull pain of ‘I couldn’t figure it out’ is torture to someone who believes they can fix or do anything if they just try hard enough.
Wisdom, I’m realizing, involves accepting that you can’t always control everything; that there exists a version of you that can sometimes be shadowed by overdeveloped parts in an effort to keep you safe. It’s like going back in time to comfort yourself when you felt alone and unseen.
It appears that, from a certain perspective, I am living out the dream I had ever since I was a little girl. I imagined my dad healing people’s teeth, observed the oranges growing on the farm, and spent numerous hours reading inspiring books under old trees.
Whether consciously or not, I am striving to make a positive impact in the world, and I am happier than ever to be more committed to it. Each of us is unique in our own ways, within all our stories, reassessing our inner values to emphasize fulfillment and self-expression.
Sensibility could indeed be viewed as a superpower, one that, as I’ve already assimilated, has the potential to make me stronger each day.
Happy International Women’s Day to all the feminine souls — fighters, achievers, and dreamers.
The most fashionable fruits.
With love and appreciation,
✨️ Thaíssa Lara.
When we can make an intentional decision from the essence of us everything FEELS different. Even if the going gets bumpy we know we are headed in the right direction, as if we are being pulled gently there rather than pushing and hustling. I adore your use of the word sensibility here💕
Amazing images, as always!
Lastly Thaissa, can you share the secret of how you are able to use different fonts? Do you add them separately in an image? Your posts look amazing.
All I can think when I read this is—your life is a work of art.
