Oh, Appleton! I’m truly glad I accomplished my goal: to write a piece where opening my heart felt both right and respectful. Even if it turns out to be the last one, for now or for ever, I feel peaceful. I aimed to create something that leaves a lasting impression—a trail leading to my words and feelings. Thank you for the beautiful private message you sent me. I’ve never been one to seek the spotlight, but when you said I’m “special,” it struck me differently today. Over time, some specific situations and people have made me doubt whether there is anything remarkable or even appropriate about “dreaming.” Thank you for all the support you’ve offered since you first engaged with my comment on that old piece last year—I think you might remember it. Your sensitivity and ability to see beyond the layers of what I’m trying to convey here are invaluable—especially because it’s based on raw, intuitive observation. I hope this corner of mine tells a story, and I hope it resonates with my subscribers and, who knows, one day with the dear reader(s) out there. 🌻

“If we peel away these exterior layers, we may discover vibrant beauty, crafted with love and wisdom and infused with resilience. Perhaps if we can embrace it and seize it, we will connect with the hand of a higher power that delivers it to us.”

I love this thought. It has given me something to think about in a new way. This whole article is thought provoking and beautifully written. You are so talented and I thoroughly enjoy reading your work.

This excerpt reminds me that resilience, much like love and wisdom, often takes root in unseen places, slowly nurtured over time. To fully embrace it, we must be willing to peel back the layers, face the unknown, and accept whatever lies within. In doing so, perhaps we not only connect with something greater than ourselves but also become vessels of that same power, capable of both receiving and delivering its gifts to others. I’m thankful that you found value in these reflections, Priscilla. 🌻

I have to admit I read it twice. Such deep thoughts on dreams, love, life. Love how honest you are in these essays. You truly put yourself out there. It's admirable. Just wanted to let you know I appreciate it. And I love getting to know you better.

I love the song 'Somewhere over the rainbow'.

And sunflowers are my mom's favorite.

Had to let this percolate a bit, Thaissa. Some deep waters here. I'm with you. Dreams have that voice to retether us to our purpose. Nicely done.

Dreams really do have a way of guiding us back to our core, don’t they? This was one of those pieces that insisted on being written—something I hope will resonate beyond this moment. I appreciate you taking the time to reflect on it and share your thoughts, Ron. 🌻

“What intrigues me most about dreams is their subtlety. They feel deeply personal, yet they seem to tap into something universal.” I can’t believe I’ve never thought about dreams like this before. You’re right!!

And more gorgeous poetry ❤️‍🔥

I don’t think I could feel any differently about dreams, even if I tried, girl! I deeply believe in them in a way that’s not cheesy at all. S-i-m, more poetry because it basically wrote itself. Thank you! 🌻
